  • ‘GfG’ stands for Giving for Good Foundation, a company incorporated under the provisions of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra.

10. External Web Services: GfG uses several external web services to display content within web pages. For example, to display video, GfG uses YouTube. Regarding social buttons/handles, GfG has no control and cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your use of the content embed on the Website. The Website contains links to other websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such other websites. GfG is not expressly or impliedly responsible for or liable to any loss or damage caused to you by the collection, use and retention of Personal Information by such other websites in any manner whatsoever. 11. Do not share your password with anyone. GfG suggests logging out of your account on the Website before exiting or switching tabs. As a safety precaution, you should also close your web browser entirely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the internet.

If such changes are made, GfG will notify you by a notice posted on the Website of the changes that have been made or by sharing an email to you. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, GfG shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of any type of information you provide to GfG, if such loss, damage or misuse is due to or arising out of a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" refers to any event that is beyond our reasonable control and includes without limitation, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, riots, terrorist attacks, war, acts of government, power failure, short circuit, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, system failure, virus, attacks, bugs, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption.
